Learn all the components and drills of Breaststroke and Backstroke. Put the strokes together. Learn turns. There’s usually time to learn the Elementary Backstroke as well. First hour of each session is on land. Video feedback each session. 30 hours
Bonus hour on Zoom April 27: discuss taking the course home and any challenges you have
