Who Takes Snorkeling?
If you’ve always wanted to experience the world below the ocean’s surface, this is the course. Take it if it you’re a Beginning course grad, and you can do basic skills in a pool peacefully.
What Is the Course?
Learn to use mask, fins, snorkel and wetsuit in a protected, non-threatening, beautiful environment. Learn about safety, fish, terrain and conditions. Become comfortable enough to snorkel on your next family vacation. We’ll snorkel at incrementally more varied beaches…and from a boat if your class is ready. Some students have overcome their fear of deep water in this course.

30 hours, approximately 7 days/ $2884 shared condo with one classmate $3482 single occupancy condo Airfare: on your own ransfers from Kona airport and return will be included for those arriving by 12:30 p.m. on July 17 and departing by noon on July 23.

To be eligible, you must have taken our Beginning course and be able to float and unfloat on front and back, roll from front to back and back to front, and do reversals (back float to front float by rolling forward).
