Format
Four sessions at the pool: one hour on land followed by 15 minutes changing time and two hours in the water.

Since the course is just 6 weeks away, the full fee is due now. $400. It's nonrefundable unless the course doesn't fly or we have the minimum number of students (4) and someone replaces you. Registration deadline September 1, 2026.
Bring a wetsuit vest, 1-2 mm thick. Also bring fitness fins, such as Aqua Sphere Zip VX Fitness Swim fins. Try them in the pool before arriving for class
