The Essentials 2 Course (formerly called Next Step) is taught.

Fly into Sarasota (SRQ), Tampa (TPA) or Fort Myers (RSW). Pool is nextdoor to SRQ airport; it’s one hour’s drive from TPA and a bit more from RSW.

Six students minimum,  8 maximum. The course fee is nonrefundable with the exception of our Guarantee.

Buy a wetsuit shirt before the course. It should be 1-2 mm thickness and fit like your skin: no gaps. Florida Under Water Sports in Sarasota gives good discounts to Miracle Swimming students. A list of online sources will be sent after your registration.
We recommend that you purchase trip insurance. Allianz is a source.

Accommodations: Stay wherever you wish for June and July courses. We have arrangements with the following two lodging options.

• Residence Inn Sarasota Bradenton for was $129 USD plus tax per night (one bedroom) in 2023 plus 13% tax.
• The rates being offered are for the June/July courses. Anything less than 7 nights will be charged regular (higher) rates. We recommend a 7-night stay: it allows for a comfortable, unhurried week. Give yourself time to settle before the course begins and avoid rushing out when the course ends. A swimming vacation. Residence Inn is a 10-15 minute walk from the pool.
