All students stay at this vacation condo resort in exchange for use of the pool. Condos are two or three bedrooms/two baths. Share with another classmate if you wish by letting us know your intent. Rentals are Saturday to Saturday (7 nights). They will not rent for 5 nights. Staying the 7 nights is an advantage for learning. Reserve by calling Rachele at The Anchorage. Let them know you’re a Miracle Swimming student when you make your reservation. Rates are lowest for the lower three floors and increase on upper floors. There is another company that rents units at The Anchorage. Our arrangement to use the pool is not with them, so please do not use them unless The Anchorage says they have no units left.

Why do we use hotels? Because we don’t have our own pool, because public pools are too cold, and because most of our clientele flies or drives from out of town and they need a room. Staying at a vacation rental condo provides the room, the warm, ample pool, and the savings of not renting a car. At the Anchorage, there are free taxis to Siesta Village (just pay tips) and there are restaurants, shops, and Siesta Key beaches within walking distance. It’s a very good situation. The pool is also excellent for us. The staff is pleasant and helpful.

Fly into Sarasota (SRQ), Tampa (TPA) or Fort Myers (RSW).

Eight students, maximum. A $200 nonrefundable deposit reserves your space in class. Balance is due by September 27, 2024.

The course fee is nonrefundable with the exception of our Guarantee.

Buy a wetsuit shirt before the course. It should be 1-2 mm thickness and fit like your skin: no gaps. Florida Under Water Sports in Sarasota gives good discounts to Miracle Swimming students. A list of online sources will be sent after your registration.
We recommend that you purchase trip insurance. Allianz is a source.
