All students stay at this condo resort in exchange for use of the pool. Condos are two or three bedrooms/two baths. Share with another classmate by letting us know it’s your wish. Shared cost is about $770/person for two. Rentals are Saturday to Saturday for this course (7 nights). They will not rent for 5 nights. Staying the 7 nights is advantageous to learning! Reserve online at www.theanchoragesiestakeycom. If you call The Anchorage, let them know you’re a Miracle Swimming student when you make your reservation. Rates are lowest for the lower three floors. There is another company that rents units at The Anchorage. Our arrangement to use the pool is not with them, so please do not use them.

This course is given Saturday-Wednesday due to our 40th Anniversary Reunion beginning the end of that week. Join us for our pool and ocean party and courses!

The normal Essentials 1 (formerly called Beginning) Course is taught, Covid guidelines added. The course is given in the complex’s pool. Stay at The Anchorage. If you live locally, you may stay at home if there are enough students staying there to make it worth their while. Please call to check: 941 921 6420.

Fly into Sarasota (SRQ), Tampa (TPA) or Fort Myers (RSW).

Eight students, maximum. A $200 nonrefundable deposit reserves your space in class. Balance is due 45 days prior to class start.

The course fee is nonrefundable with the exception of our Guarantee.
Masks required if dry-land part of class is held indoors (as of November, 2022).

Buy a wetsuit shirt before the course. It should be 1-2 mm thickness and fit like your skin: no gaps. Florida Under Water Sports in Sarasota gives good discounts to Miracle Swimming students. A list of online sources will be sent after your registration.
We recommend that you purchase trip insurance. Allianz is a source.
