This review day is for graduates of Essentials 1 who wish to review or finish learning the skills required to enter Essentials 2: rolling from front float to back float, back float to front float, and reversals (back float to front float by rolling forward).
If you need review on unfloating from front float or back float, it would be best to take the Essentials 1 SloMo course. May or August. The course is priced below our normal rate to encourage you.

Fly into Sarasota (SRQ), Tampa (TPA) or Fort Myers (RSW). Pool is one hour’s drive from TPA and a bit more from RSW.

Stay wherever you wish.
This great pool is beside the Sarasota/Bradenton airport (SRQ) and within walking distance of several hotels.

Two choices with special Miracle Swimming rates:
Residence Inn: Seven night minimum stay for this rate: $159.33/night single occupancy with tax. $141 /night double occupancy, 2 bedroom/2 bath with tax.
Residence Inn, 850 University Pky, Sarasota FL. .5 mile east of New College Fitness Center Pool. Practially across the street from the SRQ airport (Sarasota Bradenton International) and New College Fitness Center.
New College Dorms $40-60/night. Very basic. Shared 4 bedroom/2 bath or 4 bedroom 1 bath with kitchen. More details by April 21. 

Five students minimum,  8 maximum. The course fee is nonrefundable with the exception of our Guarantee.

Buy a wetsuit shirt before the course. It should be 1-2 mm thickness and fit like your skin: no gaps. Florida Under Water Sports in Sarasota gives good discounts to Miracle Swimming students. A list of online sources will be sent after your registration.
We recommend that you purchase trip insurance. Allianz is a source.
