The Essentials 1 Course is taught.  Warm hotel pool. If you are an Essentials 1 SloMo candidate, take that course in Sarasota.

Fly into Palm Springs (PSP) or Ontario (ONT) which is an hour west of Desert Hot Springs.

Since this pool is large, we admit 6-8 students. The deepest section is 5.5 feet, ample for people up to 6’2″ to float on back and front without touching bottom.
As with all our courses, the course fee is nonrefundable with the exception of our Guarantee.
