Six students, minimum. Eight maximum if we have 2 spotters. A $200 nonrefundable deposit reserves your space in class. Balance is due 45 days prior to class start.
We  urge you to keep your days light on activity and distraction. The course is deep and needs absorption time. To get the most from your week of class,
we urge you to leave at least 6 hours of free time daily outside of class.

The course fee is nonrefundable with the exception of our Guarantee.
Masks required for dry-land part of class indoors (as of November, 2022). Not required in pool. We recommend that you purchase trip insurance. Allianz is a source.
