This course is offered to the October 2026 Essentials 1 SloMo course and any Miracle Swimming grad whose comfort level fits into the curriculum: you have taken at least Essentials 1 SloMo and are not quite ready for Essentials 2. You want to learn unfloats from front and back floats and rolling over—front to back and back to front. Or you wish to take the next steps toward these freedoms at your own gentle pace.

Seven students, minimum. Eight maximum. 18 hours class time. A $400 nonrefundable deposit reserves your space in class.

We  urge you to keep your days light on activity to get enough rest. The course is deep and needs absorption time. To get the most from your course, we urge you to leave at least 6 hours of unscheduled time daily outside of class. If possible, take the week as vacation.

This warm pool (90 degrees) ranges from 3.5 to 8 feet.

Q: Why is this course more expensive than Sarasota?
A: Instructor travel expenses, instructor has 3 nights hotel until the next ATL course begins, and higher pool rent.
