Cancellations, Refunds
Your balance is due by 46 days before the class begins.
The minimum class size is 6; maximum, 8. Your nonrefundable deposit and registration are your commitment to your classmates and MSSA. If you cancel earlier than 60 days before the class start date, you may receive a refund of fees above the nonrefundable deposit. Or, you may transfer those fees and your nonrefundable deposit to another class.
If you cancel between 60 days and 46 days before the course start date, you will forfeit the nonrefundable deposit. If someone replaces you, it can be transferred to another course or refunded. If no one replaces you, you may transfer your registration and payments above the nonrefundable deposit to another course. Forty-five days before the start date and later, if you cancel, you will forfeit your full fee: cancellation threatens the viability of the course for fellow students and MSSA. We protect against holding a non-viable course, class members taking vacation time, making travel arrangements and receiving notice of course cancellation due to one student’s plans, and instructors committing their available earning time to a course that doesn’t fly.
This applies to cancellations due to illness, family emergency, a death, and any other reason.
Space Confirmation
When you pay a deposit and agree to the refund policy, your space in a course is held. When the balance of your course fee is paid in full on time, your space in class is confirmed.
If a student no-shows, s/he forfeits his/her course fee.
Most students fly to our courses. We adhere to our Cancellation policy.
Waiting list
We will allow two more registrations than there are spaces in a course. If you buy one, keep your calendar clear for the course dates.
We will notify you immediately if space opens up. If not, your deposit will be refunded within two business days after the course start date.
