Cancellations, Refunds
Your balance is due by 45 days before the class begins.
The minimum class size is 6; maximum, 8. Your enrollment is your commitment to your class and classmates. If you cancel earlier than 45 days before the class start date, you may receive a refund of fees above the nonrefundable deposit. Or, you may transfer those fees and your nonrefundable deposit to another class.
If you cancel between 45 days and 31 days before the class start date, you will forfeit the nonrefundable deposit but you may transfer your registration and other payment to another class. Thirty days before the start date and later, if you cancel, you will forfeit your full fee: your cancellation threatens the viability of the course for all fellow students and Miracle Swimming School for Adults. This applies to cancellations due to illness, family emergency, or any other reason.
Space Confirmation
When the balance of your course fee is paid in full and you’ve agreed to the refund policy, your space in class is confirmed.
If a student no-shows, s/he forfeits his/her course fee.
*Our courses are filled with travelers. If students were all local residents, canceling would be an option if you canceled and the class were then too small to fly. But most students fly to our courses. We adhere to our Cancellation policy.
We protect against class members taking vacation time from work, making travel arrangements and our having to cancel a course due to one student’s change of plans. We protect against holding a non-viable course. We protect against an instructor committing their available earning time to a course that doesn’t fly.
Discounts
Back to Back
Receive a $100 discount when you register for Essentials 1 and Essentals 2 back to back in the same location.
You will also receive this discount if you take Essentials 1 and decide during the week of E1 to stay for Essentials 2 (provided that there is space).
Bring a Friend
Receive $100 discount for bringing a friend/family member/spouse to the course you’re enrolled in. The other person also receives $100 discount.
Discounts are taken when the balance is paid.
